Donna joined us after a day of exploring Trento, including the science museum and the cathedral museum.
The purpose of the trip, of course, was to eat another fabuous meal. Eggplant (melazzane) wrapped around cheese; risotto con gamberi; other items I could barely identify.
Tomorrow we wrap up the school. I think the students' brains are full--I know mine is! One of the other organizers will pack us into his car and drive us down to Florence as he is heading to a coast village just a little further. < br/> Once we are ensconsced in the Hotel Benivieni and, with luck, have internet, we will resume our posts.
